Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of verification.

Each registered member bears full responsibility for all activity conducted through their 7bebd account. This responsibility encompasses:

• Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all personal details held on your account are accurate and current. Changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment method must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Security of credentials: You are solely responsible for any bet placed, game played, or transaction initiated through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. 7bebd supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as accessible as possible for players across the country. The following general rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with 7bebd.
• Operating more than one 7bebd account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
